Refunds There are NO refunds or exchanges. Please be certain of your choices before submitting your order.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at gertrude@trudiboutique.com. Defective or damage item must be returned to Trudi Boutique. Once item is received, you will be sent a replacement item if available. If item is not available, you will receive a store credit.
